Stacy Tela, DVM

Chief of Staff

Dr. Stacy Tela received her veterinary degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2005. She completed her clinical year at Purdue University in Indiana. She worked in general practice for over 10 years in New Hampshire. She moved to a tiny island in the Caribbean, St Kitts for 5 years teaching at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine as an assistant professor of clinical skills. Dr. Tela has returned back to her home state in which she enjoys practicing medicine. She taught Dr. Lockerby and Dr. Clancy who also have worked here at Wendell.

Her interests in veterinary medicine are ophthalmology, surgery and general wellness. Her extracurricular interests are spending time with her family, husband, daughter and son, reading, continual learning, running and cycling. She also has an adopted cat from New Hampshire, Gorgon as well as a born and bred New Hampshire labradoodle, Maybel.
